Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Eventix platform (eventix.om) or any services provided by Thermo Tech in connection with Eventix, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These Terms apply to event organisers, administrators, and guests interacting with Eventix-powered events.

Eventix is a private event invitation and RSVP management platform. It provides: • WhatsApp and email invitation delivery • QR-based event check-in • RSVP collection and management • AI-assisted guest communication via WhatsApp • Event analytics and reporting The platform is operated by Thermo Tech, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.

You agree not to: • Use Eventix to send unsolicited messages (spam) • Impersonate any person, organisation, or event • Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates any third party's rights • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users' data • Use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation • Use Eventix for any purpose that violates Omani law or Meta's Messaging Policy Event organisers are responsible for ensuring that guest data they import has been collected lawfully and with appropriate consent for WhatsApp and email communications.

Eventix uses the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. All usage must comply with Meta's Business Messaging Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy, and applicable Meta Terms of Service. Event organisers are responsible for ensuring their use of WhatsApp messaging through Eventix complies with these policies. Message templates must be approved by Meta before use. Thermo Tech reserves the right to suspend messaging for any account found to be in violation of Meta's policies.

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Eventix, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy. Event organisers acknowledge that they are data controllers for guest data they provide, and that Thermo Tech processes this data on their behalf as a data processor.

All intellectual property rights in the Eventix platform, including software, design, branding, and content, are owned by Thermo Tech or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our written permission. Event content (invitations, guest lists, event details) remains the property of the respective event organiser.

The Eventix platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Thermo Tech does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by Omani law, Thermo Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or reputation. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim in the 12 months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thermo Tech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Eventix, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

Thermo Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Eventix at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, abuse of the platform, or non-payment of agreed fees. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. We will retain data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Muscat, Oman. Last updated: April 2026
